Swollen feet is also normal for some women during pregnacy, what you can do is elevate the feet when you sit or lie on the bed with 2 pillows.

Do no wear tight shoesWhen you sleep, lie on your left side, it increase circulation

Exercising also helps.

Do not wear socks with tight bands or any wears that puts pressure on any part of the leg

Drink plenty of water; yes, plenty of water
